The roof pitch is 14:12.  This project utilized light-wood framing and trussed rafters to create an authentic period style residence.  Fire retardent wood was required for all exterior timber. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, and decorative wood trellises.
