READ and EDIT: This project required a Certificate of Appropriateness from the City of Redlands Historic and Scenic and Preservation Commission.  The existing attic space is to be converted to a master bedroom suite complete with bath and laundry room.  Dormers of various size and configuration are proposed to be added to the roof for required light, emergency egress and ventilation. The existing structure requires a foundation retrofit to safely resist newly imposed loads.   Design inspiration was derived from French Normandy.
