This project required the conversion of a Queen Anne Victorian historic resource to a Pediatric Office. Restoration  of the residence followed Secretary of Interior Standards. The building was also brought into compliance with current ADA standards. Planning Commission and Historic Commission approval were required for the Conditional Use Permit.
