Architectural style is Spanish Hacienda.  The burned structure that this building replaces was demolished including the foundations and stem walls which had buckled from the fires of October 2003. The house features 4 bedrooms, each with it’s own bath to function as private individual suites. The spacious Kitchen is the focus of the house and centrally located.  Oriented around the Kitchen are the vaulted Great room and Family room.  A prominent arcade leads to a dramatic tower entry.  Smooth plaster walls, travertine flooring, doric and ionic columns, and a 9 foot ceiling lend a sophisticated elegance to the design.
